Official ceremony of the hundred year anniversary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge (1917-2017)

Lucion was hired to create the visual design for the television broadcast of the commemorative ceremonies of the Battle of Vimy. In addition to designing the animated signatures for the event, we produced audiovisual supports for “The Torch”, a sorrowful theatrical performance on the human dimension of the Great War.
Historical sources such as “In Flanders Fields” written by doctor and lieutenant-colonel John McCrae were used by Kent Stetson to design this show presented in four storyboards and to pay tribute to Canadians who served during the First World War.
