Sound, light, and projection mapping for the centenary of the Battle of Vimy Ridge (1917–2017)
A few seconds that make a difference in our day, in our life, in our country. These three seconds are at the heart of an immersive multimedia experience, designed for the Place des Héros, in Arras, France.
The video mapping covers three sides of the square and the entire Belfry. Thus, thanks to a team of 10 animators, an original orchestral score, two choirs, and 24 video projectors totaling 60 million pixels (almost as many as there are French people!), we offered our audience a moment of light.
The production was graciously offered to the city by the Canadian department of "Veterans Affairs".
